epitope protective antigen - lethal factors, Onl J Bioinform, 18(3):108-118, 2017.
A
major factor in the virulence of Bacillus anthracis is secretion of protective antigen,
lethal and edema toxins. These toxins possess a common cell receptor-binding
(B) component but have distinct biochemically active (A) components. We identified
In silico T-Cell epitope and its binding
affinity with MHC Class II with HLAPred. Ideal epitope
peptide antigen, lipophilicity and solvency were determined. We identified 10 protective
antigen and 5 lethal factors with best epitopic characteristics.
Further studies to predict population coverage of T-cell epitope based on MHC
binding data for epitope-based vaccines or diagnostics are required.
Keywords: T-Cell Epitope, Bacillus
anthracis, Protective Antigen and Lethal factor.
