603-608, 2015. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies (Abs) are used in flow
cytometric assays, ELISA and cytotoxicity studies. A polyclonal rabbit antibody
against mouse IgG3 purified by sepharose affinity
chromatography and confirmed by electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is described. A New
Zealand white rabbit was injected intramuscularly and intradermally
with mouse IgG3. The purified polyclonal Abs was then conjugated with horse
radish peroxidase (HRP). The titer of rabbit anti-mouse IgG3 and HRP conjugation
production was 64000 as determined by ELISA. The purity of polyclonal rabbit
anti-mouse IgG3 was ~95% and optimum dilution of prepared HRP conjugated
polyclonal was ~1:10000
