 Interleukin 2, 6 and 8 levels in rats after Salmonella typhimurium and  

Cryptococcus neoformans antigen administration.

ABSTRACT

 

Samarraae IK, Maadhidi RNA., Interleukin 2, 6 and 8 levels in rats after Salmonella typhimurium and  Cryptococcus neoformans antigen administration, Onl J Vet Res., 19(6): 409-413, 2015.   Effect of Salmonella typhimurium  and Cryptococcus neoformans antigen injections in groups of 20 rats each after 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 days on interleukin (IL) 2, 6 and 8 levels is reported. Results were compared with positive and negative controls. There were significant differences in IL2,  IL6 and IL8 in rats given antigen compared with controls and those given only C Neoformans sonicated antigen.
