2024. Solid (SP) and liquid phases (LP) single dilution ELISA were
developed for foot and mouth disease virus antibodies of serotypes O, Asia 1
and subtype A22. Antibody titers of 80 cattle serum before and 21
days after vaccination with polyvalent vaccine were determined by multi-dilution
ELISA for inhibition by 2 fold serum dilutions of 1:10 to 1:80. Maximum correlation
