Cryptosporidium strains isolated from goat feces by PCR identified by phylogenetic tree.

We identified Cryptosporidium Spp. isolated from feces of 100 goats located in Baghdad, Iraq by PCR and phylogenetic analysis. We found 53% samples infected. We sequenced from PCR positive DNA samples using 18S nucleotide rRNA gene confirmed against NCBI-BLAST for Cryptosporidium. Results confirmed C. parvum, C. hominis and C. andersoni.
