ABSTRACT
Alani ZA, Al-Amery AM., Cryptosporidium strains isolated from goat feces by PCR identified by phylogenetic
tree, Onl J Vet Res.,
23 (6):568-577, 2019. We identified Cryptosporidium Spp. isolated from
feces of 100 goats located in Baghdad, Iraq by PCR and phylogenetic analysis. We
found 53% samples infected. We sequenced from PCR positive DNA samples using
18S nucleotide rRNA gene confirmed against NCBI-BLAST
for Cryptosporidium. Results confirmed C. parvum, C. hominis
and C. andersoni.
