ABSTRACT
Abad Shapouri
MRS, Yektaseresht
A, Ekhtelat M., Cloning and expression of chicken IgG
lambda chain in E. coli, Onl J Vet Res., 19(11):
750-754, 2015. RNA from spleen cells
was reverse transcribed into cDNA and amplified, cloned and expressed in E.
coli DH5α for production of chicken IgG lambda chain antibody. Expressed
protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE confirmed by Western blotting. Results
indicated that the constant region of chicken IgG lambda chain was highly expressed
in E. coli as a protein with mass of 53.5 kDa.
Reactivity analysis by western blotting revealed high binding affinity of the
recombinant protein to conjugated anti chicken IgG.
